NAWGA Representative - Important Information

 

All clubs must submit their member names and dues to the NAWGA Treasurer. If you
are using the AGA on-line "Renew/Join and NAWGA Dues, please ensure that you
also submit the names and dues to the NAWGA Treasurer promptly.

1. Download the Official NAWGA Club Membership form. Please use the form provided and not your own!  Typed information is preferred. If you cannot use the Word Document provided download the PDF form. Please, hand fill and submit. 
    

2. Double check spelling of Names, email addresses and GHIN #’s
    

3. Mail a copy of your list and check to the NAWGA Treasurer​
